Scan a barcode
Point the camera at a UK barcode for the ingredients, a score and how many additives are in it. Big 14 allergens in our ingredient data are flagged, and the pack is the final word.
Google Play · Android 8.0 or later
Since 4 November 2026, NutraSafe has been on Google Play for phones running Android 8.0 or later. It's the same UK food app as on iPhone, on the same account: scan a barcode for the ingredients, additives and allergens, log what you eat, and keep track of vitamins, fasting, workouts and how you felt.

If a barcode isn't found, take three photos of the pack and we read it in. Most packs take under 30 seconds.
Search, scan or type it in. Calories and macros add up through the day, meal by meal.
See the day's vitamins and minerals against UK reference amounts, filled in as you log.
Note a reaction after eating. Once there's enough logged, it shows which foods turn up before the bad days.
A fasting timer with its own notification, and workouts with sets, reps and a rest timer.
Ask the coach about your week, or photograph a plate to log it.
Reads your steps, weight and active calories, and writes the food you log back to it.
Log a recent food again, add a glass of water or check a fast from the home screen.
Free to download, and the free tier doesn't run out: up to 25 food entries a day, barcode scans with the score and the additive count, Big 14 allergen flags on scans, and reaction logging while you build up a baseline.
Names each additive and what it does, and adds vitamins and minerals, the AI Coach, AI meal scan, fasting, workouts and which foods turn up before a reaction. Google Play shows the price, and any free trial, before you pay.
If you signed up with an email address, sign in on Android with the same email and password and your food diary is there.
