01 Common issues

Quick answers, first.

Barcode scanner not picking the pack up

Grant camera permission in iOS Settings, clean the lens and try again in good light. If a pack still won't scan, search the name in the app and tap "report this food" so we can add it to the food databases.

Food data looks wrong

Tap "report this food" inside the food detail screen. The report goes through with the barcode, the suspected wrong field, and your note. We review every one.

Manage or cancel the Pro subscription

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. NutraSafe Pro is listed there. Cancel any time. Apple handles refunds.

Sign-in or password reset

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email link. If you used Sign in with Apple, manage that from iOS Settings, Apple ID, Sign in with Apple.

Restore Pro after reinstalling

Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro on, then tap "Restore purchases" in Settings inside the app. Apple's receipt is the source of truth.

Apple Watch isn't syncing workouts

In the Watch app on your iPhone, check NutraSafe is installed on the Watch. Allow HealthKit read and write access. End any open workout in the Fitness app to free the live session.

Delete the account

Settings, Account, Delete account in the app. Your data is removed from our servers within 30 days. Email us if anything looks left behind.

Pro is billed by Apple, not by us. Cancellations, refunds and payment-method updates happen inside iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

Take any pattern to your GP.

NutraSafe is a tracking tool, not a clinician. We don't diagnose, we don't prescribe. If a food keeps showing up next to a symptom, the diary gives you something solid to take to your GP or a registered dietitian, who can take it from there.
