Can NutraSafe track vitamins and minerals?
Yes. We track 14 vitamins (A, C, D, E, K and the B-group) and 13 minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and others) against UK NRVs. Bars fill in as you log so you can see where the day or week is short.
Can I import my food log from Nutracheck to NutraSafe?
Not directly. Nutracheck doesn't expose a public food-log export. The practical move is to keep Nutracheck running for a week alongside NutraSafe, log the same meals in both, and switch over once you're confident.
